L'appartamento è termocondizionato, imbiancato di fresco e con mobili e accessori nuovissimi. È composto da sala da pranzo con grande tv, una camera da letto ed un bagno con doccia; nell'anticamera ci sono 2 letti a castello.
Rappresenta la soluzione ideale per una coppia o una famiglia di 4 persone; oppure all'occorrenza - in caso di un piccolo gruppo di amici - si può utilizzare il divano letto presente in sala.

The apartment is air-conditioned, freshly painted and recently furnished.
It is composed of a living room with the terrace and a large tv set, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower; the connecting room hosts a bunk bed for two people.
The flat it's the ideal solution for a couple or a young family of a maximum 4 people (2 adults plus 2 kids); in the case of a small group of friends there's a sofa bed in the living room.

Die Wohnung ist frisch gestrichen, die Einrichtung ist neu und in bestem Zustand. Eine Klimaanlage garantiert eine angenehme Temparatur zu jeder Jahreszeit. Die Wohnung bietet ein Wohnzimmer mit großem TV und offener Einbuaküche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im geräumigen Flur, zu dem man alle Türen schließen kann, so dass er ein Zimmer wird steht ein Etagenbett.
Caboto 13 ist ideal für ein Paar oder eine Familie mit 2 Kindern.

Dal soggiorno la grande porta vetrata si apre sulla spaziosa veranda arredata con tavolo per mangiare e 2 lettini da sole nonché un barbecue per preparare deliziose grigliate.

The living room hosts the kitchen with stove, fridge & freezer, the dining table and a sofa bed.
From the living room the broad glass door connect with the spacious terrace, furnished with a dining-table, 2 sun-beds and a barbecue.

Verfügt über eine große Einbauküche mit Gasherd, elektrischem Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einem Esstisch und einem Schlafsofa. Vom Wohnzimmer treten Sie durch eine Glastür auf die große Veranda, die mit Esstisch und zwei Liegestühlen ausgestattet ist. Ausserdem gibt es einen und ein Barbeque zur Vorbereitung gegrillter Köstlichkeiten.
